There is no official figure of the number of deaths of Confederate naval personnel from all causes during the war, but a number of sources include names and other details of many of these fatalities.
The following table is compiled for the benefit of researchers who wish to peruse this subject further, and will be updated regularly as more information comes to hand.
Because of the incomplete state of Confederate naval records, many details are unknown.
